My office is located in New Minas Baptist Church, New Minas, Nova Scotia. I rent a private office in this building and really enjoy meeting with clients in this space. Many clients have stated that they love this room and feel comfortable here. I hope you do too, and I am pleased that you are considering seeing me as your potential counselor. I love working with children, youth and adults and consider it an honor to be there to support you, as you process life’s difficult situations and issues that you are facing. You will be safe, heard and cared for when you come to see me.

Mrs. RaeAnne Bekkers
(She/Her/Hers) RCT, CCC

RaeAnne has enjoyed working with children and adolescents in schools as a teacher for over 8 years. She went back to school for her Masters in Education in Counseling, graduating in 2016. She has been working in schools as a counselor until recently she decided to open her own private practice counseling office. She uses an integrative, humanistic approach when working with people, coming along-side a client to empower healing, growth and wellness in their life journey. Outside of her counseling work, RaeAnne loves spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs, reading and gardening.
